Who we are
H&D Bookkeeping and Business Solutions was created to serve small businesses in the Temecula Valley Area.
Our mission is based on a desire to help small businesses succeed by assisting them with their day to day financial tasks to focus on growing their business.
Heather Schneider
Heather Schneider graduated with a Bachelors Degree in International Accounting and was a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University in England. For the last 10 years she has worked as a Financial Manager and a Consultant, responsible for managing and analyzing daily financial operations of multimillion dollar organizations. In addition, Heather also served as a government auditor where she planned and executed fiscal oversight reviews for food and beverage, retail and entertainment organizations such as; golf courses, bowling alleys, gyms and movie theaters in locations around the world.
Danny Schneider |
Danny Schneider is a Navy veteran with 17 Years experience in Administrative and Human Resource Management. He has supervised administrative staffs of 15 assistants responsible for providing administrative, legal, pay, personnel, and career management support for up to 1,200 employees. Danny is also a qualified instructor and Master Training Specialist who managed a curriculum and instructors responsible for training over 300 Navy personnel on recruit training procedures and he trained nearly 2,000 Navy recruits.
