Transaction Recording: We enter all transactions related to your business including expenses, invoices, deposits and credit card transactions. This is the necessary process to determine profit, file taxes, and generally know the health of your business. All transactions are posted to appropriate expense, income, asset or liability accounts to ensure an accurate financial picture of clients business. We prepare monthly reconciliation of your bank accounts to ensure that all transactions were entered and entered accurately.
Invoicing and Bill Payment: We prepare invoices and statements and send them to your customers to ensure prompt billing. We manage collections so that payments come in on time. Bills are picked up from your site and H&D will process and ensure accuracy, speak to vendors if necessary and ensure bills are paid on time.
Taxes and Year-End Reports for Tax Accountant: Our tax service will save you time and money with your tax accountant as all the reports the accountant will need from your business will be accurate, up to date, and ready to be sent to them. We prepare sales tax filing forms, self employment tax filing forms and all payroll taxes based on your needs. Year-End 1099’s can also be processed, printed and sent directly to your vendors.
Payroll and Human Resources: H&D processes employee payroll, either with manual checks or through direct deposit. We provide payment reminders for payroll taxes and other liabilities and provide 940, 941, W-2 and W-3s for each employee along with multiple pay period reports for your review. Our human resources services include Handbook and Policy services, Benefits, Workers Compensation payments, SUI, and new hire presentations and reporting.
Business Legal Services Option: Through Pre-Paid Legal services we offer our clients a small business legal service. The service provides 24/7 Legal consultation, legal correspondence on the business’s behalf, legal debt collection, document and contract review, trial defense services (up to 75 hours) and a GoSmallBiz.com membership.
Office Organization: Organization is the key and H&D will assist you in setting up an efficient physical filing system that you can maintain. We will pick up and sort your mail and maintain detailed schedules and record depreciation for all fixed assets. Our onsite pick up and drop offs of your data will relieve you of your bookkeeping burden and let you focus on growing your business.
