Reporting and Financial Analysis: Your financial statements will be provided, analyzed and briefed with you each month. However, we are always available at any time of the month to update our clients on the status of any aspect of the bookkeeping. H&D analyzes your invoice and client history for potential new revenue streams and expenses and spending trends to identify categories where you could be saving money and increasing profits. Through our experience, financial analysis can increase profit and improve cash flow, monetarily benefiting you and your business.
Set-up, Clean-up, and Catch-up of Accounting records: We set-up bookkeeping systems using Quickbooks Online, clean up old problems, and catch up accounting so our clients have a fresh start.
Start up business plan: For those small businesses who may decide to use our monthly service at a later time or do “the books” themselves, our start up business plan will offer our clients assistance in getting their accounting functions organized and set up. Our service offers set up and training on Quickbooks online. Setting up payroll and Human Resources is also included through ADP. We provide guidance on new hire employees, timekeeping, payroll tax set up, payment and payroll reports. A checklist and instructions on tax forms needed throughout the year, including sales tax filing will be offered and assistance in implementation of Fixed Assets detailed schedules and record depreciation. H&D will set up workable records, including maintenance; filing and organization. Financial Analysis and Reconciliation of Bank Statement guidance is also included.
Efficiency Review: This review is for those small businesses that have been in business awhile and would like a “fresh set of eyes” to evaluate their current financial and business processes, to help make their business more efficient and cost effective. Once completed, a full management report with recommendations will be written in a professional report and discussed with you in detail.
